Welcome to the New Plymouth Tramping Club

Welcome to New Plymouth Tramping Club's website.  We are a club of tramping, hiking, hill-walking and rambling enthusiasts.

You'll find lots of details about the club on this site, and some useful information that you will need to know if you choose to join us out in the hills.

We'd love you to come tramping with us. Trips are planned every Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and most Public Holidays.  See below for upcoming events or check out the Calendar for our full program. 

As well as the planned member trips, we organise public tramps throughout the year, to help people get a taste of tramping within a safe environment. 

Our Club Nights are held on the second Thursday of each month (except January) in the Beach Street Hall, Fitzroy from 7.30pm.  Admission free.   You are most welcome to come along and check us out.  Our guest speaker presentation commences at 7.45pm.
